What data is processed and why

Through the contact form, we process your name, phone number, e-mail address and message content in order to respond to your request and arrange a meeting. The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract or legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry under Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Retention period

Data from the contact form is kept until the enquiry is handled, for no longer than 12 months unless a client relationship is established. If a client relationship is established, retention follows the legal and contractual obligations connected with cooperation with Broker Consulting, a.s.

Recipients

Data may be shared with Broker Consulting, a.s. within the client relationship and with the hosting provider necessary for website operation. We do not sell personal data or use it for untargeted marketing.
